Please note: The Step-Up Scholorship does not cover the full cost of tution here at CFCA. Please check our Tuition rates located on our website under the Admissions tab for additional information.

Though we endeavor to move each student toward success, CFCA provides services and accommodations outlined by an IEP, 504, or other specialized education or behavior plan based upon the available resources at CFCA. Administration will review these documents, if applicable, upon application to the school. Further, students with poor academics and discipline records will likely not be admitted.
How to Apply
All CFCA applications will be completed online. We do not offer paper applications. A non-refundable application fee of $100 must be submitted in order to to complete the online application. Again, an application is not a guarantee of acceptance to CFCA. After all required documents have been received, you will be contacted to schedule an Admissions Screening and Family Interview. This will conclude the Application Process an allow the Admissions Committee to finalize a decision for the 2024-2025 school year. Please note: The Application Process can take up to 3 weeks to complete. Please be as thorough as possible when filling out an application. Submitting an application with missing information could cause the review process to take longer.
If your student is accepted to CFCA, you will receive an offer letter prompting you to complete your student's Enrollment Packet. The submission of a complete Enrollment Packet and a deposit of $350 per student is required to reserve your child's spot in his or her class. (The $350 is not covered by scholarships.)
Create an Online Application to Apply:

Then, log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. Please save your login information as you will need it to reference your application any time you stop and return back to it.
You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Please use a computer and not a mobile device to fill out the application.
Grades that currently have openings will be listed on the application drop down.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your Admissions status by logging into your account. There, you will be able to print any completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and, if necessary, reprint supplemental forms.
Financial Obligations:
Upon completing the application, you will be directed to pay the online application fee of $100.00 per applicant.
Upon acceptance to CFCA, there will be a $350 Enrollment Fee for each student. This Enrollment Fee is not covered by scholarships. Your student's spot at CFCA is not secure until this fee has been paid. These fees are non-refundable and due at the time of enrollment. The Step-Up Scholarship does not cover the full cost of tuition here at CFCA. Every family will be required to set up a payment plan upon enrollment.
If your child receives a Step-Up For Students Scholarship, you must provide the finance office with a copy of the award letter after acceptance. It may be emailed to finance@cfcaeagles.org or given to the front office.

If your family meets the requirements, it is important to apply as soon as applications become available each year. Funding is limited and awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Families must submit their award letter to our finance department after your child has been accepted into CFCA. Step-Up does not cover the full cost of tuition at CFCA.
